When an applicant has cleared the final interview. The following initial step in the internal ATS (Applicant tracking system) is "Step Offer" and followed by multiple statuses in the Step as below:
Offer to be made
Draft
Cancelled
Approval in progress
Approval rejected
Approved
Extended
Rescinded
In negotiation
Refused
Accepted
Reneged
Rejected
Has declined
